Try to be available for the full two hours of class

Make Day 1 and Day 2 folders on the e-mail to keep track of the students from each day

Make a calendar with the times that each group member is available to volunteer

Recommendations

Create a shorter e-mail to use

Create a centralized set of resources for the students to use

Set up assignments on Google calendar

Create broader assignments for students that are taking the class again
